Refund Policy

At The House of Livewire, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship, proportion, and quality of every piece we build. Because many of our items are custom-made or produced independently in limited runs, we have established the following guidelines to ensure a fair and transparent process for our community.

1. Standard Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on standard, non-custom inventory items within 7 days from the date your package is delivered.

  • Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all custom tags attached.

  • Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at office@houseoflivewire.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Please note that any custom-built casework, personalized apparel, or made-to-order custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Because these pieces are tailored specifically to your dimensions and design choices, production begins immediately upon order confirmation.

  • We strongly encourage you to thoroughly review all dimensions, tech packs, and digital mockups before finalizing your order.

3. Damages and Defective Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at office@houseoflivewire.com.

  • Please include your order number and clear photographs of both the product defect and the shipping packaging.

  • We will evaluate the issue immediately and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and thoroughly inspected by our workshop, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item and whether the refund has been approved or rejected based on its condition.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
